Gorwin is an AI product company based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We build AI-powered tools for hotels, restaurants, and service businesses.

• Standard web analytics: page views, referring URL, browser type, device type
• We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking

Contact and demo form submissions:

• Full name, email address, phone number (optional)
• Business name and business type

Product deployments (customers only):

• Guest chat messages processed through our AI Hotel Management product
• Booking details submitted by guests (name, dates, preferences)
• UPI payment screenshot images uploaded by guests for payment confirmation
• Guest review submissions and AI-generated review responses

• To respond to your contact or demo inquiry
• To deliver and operate our AI products for customers
• To improve product quality and reliability
• To send transactional communications related to your inquiry or service

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (servers in the US and EU regions). Contact form submissions are delivered via email (Google SMTP) to our team inbox.

Inquiry data (contact forms, demo requests): retained for up to 2 years, then deleted.

Product data (guest chat logs, booking records, review data): retained for the duration of the service agreement and up to 12 months thereafter, unless deletion is requested earlier.

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Google (Gmail SMTP) — email delivery for contact form notifications
• Large language model API providers — for generating AI responses in our products
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) on web forms

Each sub-processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — request a summary of your personal data we hold
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our grievance officer
