Terms of Service

By accessing gorwin.co.in or engaging with any Gorwin AI product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and prospective customers.

Gorwin provides AI-powered products for hospitality and service businesses in India, including:

• AI Hotel Management — an AI chat widget for hotel websites that handles guest inquiries, automates bookings, and processes UPI payment confirmations
• AI Review System — a QR-based review collection system with AI-generated review responses and reputation monitoring

Gorwin products are currently in early access / pilot stage. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, specific uptime, or feature parity between pilot and future versions.

Early access customers will be notified of any material changes to the service before they take effect.

You agree to use Gorwin services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the services to process fraudulent transactions or deceive guests
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our AI systems
• Use the services in a way that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Misrepresent your business identity or nature when onboarding

All software, AI models, interfaces, and technology underlying Gorwin products are owned by Gorwin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Engaging with or paying for Gorwin services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for your business operations. This does not transfer any ownership or IP rights to you.

You retain full ownership of your business data and your guests' data that passes through Gorwin products. We process this data only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell customer data or use it to train AI models without your explicit written consent.

During the early access period, Gorwin does not provide any formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot be held liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gorwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gorwin in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, your access to Gorwin products will cease and we will provide your data in an exportable format within 30 days of request.

Gorwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes. Continued use of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
